This customer was experiencing recurring clogs in their guest bathroom that through camera inspection & line location, our team was able to diagnose as being caused by a back fall. Back fall in plumbing is defined as a negative grade slope in a drain line that results in waste settling in the pipe rather than flowing out to city sewer. This negative grade can be caused by the ground shifting and settling over a long period of time. Our skilled plumbers were able to correct the issue by replacing the affected section of sewer drain under the slab of this Las Vegas valley home.
